hello: Call of Duty got a playable dog character before it got any playable women characters
because it’s marketed more to men than to women
you’re a misogynist.
i like the implication that men find it easier to emotionally connect to a dog than a woman and that that’s for some reason not an extremely fucked up thing about our culture
who wants to fund my kickstarter for a device that will let me directly piss on the entire video game industry
Okay, but seriously, how many females are there in the front lines like that?
I think they try to go for some realism, and having a woman as a playable character in a campaign usually isn’t realistic. I mean, we only recently started allowing females in our military to that extent, so it makes sense that we still haven’t gotten any in our video games.
no, they have never tried for any realism you fucking idiot. the latest game involved 4 legged tanks & somebody hacking all the drones in america. for fucks sake.
also the new one takes place ten years after the fall of society, with no laws, except the ones restricting women from being soldiers apparently

“Lorne Michaels would get a lot of wear out of his black suits over the years. Indeed, too much. He saw many former cast members meet heartbreakingly premature ends. No one broke more hearts, however, than the former SNL star and member of the founding family of 1975 who died on May 20, 1989, at the age of forty-two. Anyone given half a chance, it seemed, had fallen in love with her, whether literally or vicariously. In the history of the show, there were no brighter lights. Gilda Radner. ”
Rest in peace, Gilda Radner | June 28, 1946 - May 20, 1989
Happy Birthday Gilda.
About 3 nights a week Tallulah Louise, age 3, insists on watching the Gilda episode of the Muppet Show while enjoying cheese and crackers before bed.
Some things are timeless.
Gilda is such an inspiration.
Gutters on Female Comic Creators
I woke up this morning to find many messages from readers telling me to check out the Gutters. Today’s comic, written by the always amazing Jill Pantozzi with art by Amy Mebberson, addresses an issue pretty near to my heart. And, of course, the comments have the usual cast of idiots.
